Leading chef Jean-François Piège has opened a new restaurant in the Hôtel de la Marine on Place de la Concorde in Paris. His aim is to breatheRiviera spirit into the heart of Paris, with references to Capri, the 60s, Nice and the sun-drenched South. So it was only natural that he chose Datcha tableware (especially our fish plates) to grace his tables. The decor was entrusted to decorator Dorothée Delaye, with whom we also collaborated on the selection of objects for the restaurant’s dining room.
