Recipe: healthy cookies with just 3 ingredients

One of my favorite recipes: cookies! Simple to make for a snack, and fun to make with the kids to keep them busy for a while. But what do you do when you run out of eggs, butter or flour? Or if you’re allergic to lactose or gluten?

Here’s a recipe that’s simple, fast, delicious and easy to make. You will need the following ingredients:

  • 3 unripe bananas

  • 300 g whole rolled oats

  • dark chocolate

Preheat oven to 180°.

Mash the banana well with a fork, add the oats and mix. Add the chocolate, broken into small pieces.

Form small flattened heaps on the baking sheet and bake for 15 minutes. Leave to cool out of the oven. The result: soft, healthy cookies!

Last but not least, make a large batch and freeze your dough balls before baking, so you can easily please everyone at any time in just a quarter of an hour!
